Next Wednesday, July 24th will be the inaugural DINNER, starting at 7:00pm. For only $35, guests will enjoy a delicious four course Maine-inspired menu. Read below for a nom-worthy excerpt of the menu:
DINNER will begin with a deconstructed Smoked Clam Chowder, sure to set a flavorful and robust tone for the evening. Venison Pot Stickers with a spring pea emulsion join shaved fennel salad to introduce the second course. The main course will delight diners with a Grilled Maine Lobster Paella married with saffron risotto, Maine shrimp, mussels, chorizo and scallion broth. Blueberry Bread Pudding Soufflé with maple whiskey anglaise wraps up the sweet and savory fourth and final course. Diners are encouraged to bring a bottle of white wine to accompany the meal.
